Clean your property from top to bottom. Imagine being a prospective client interested in your property. They need to imagine their belongings in your space. Personal items like family photos and clutter should be temporarily taken down during our mapping. You want to make a clean slate for them to imagine living there.

Businesses

Your prospective customers are looking to see what you offer and how the overall feeling moves them. Make sure your products are neat and tidy and lighting is accented on your products for maximum exposure.

Curate the First Impression

Arrange items that would have the best impact as you enter a room thru a doorway or opening. You’re trying to create a ‘wow’ experience to draw them in. Maybe a fresh arrangement of flowers or bowl of fruit on the countertop, maybe magazines with a home theme might do the touch or an accent light.

Bathrooms

Bathrooms are a challenge but removing your personal belongings temporarily i.e. shampoos, soap, combs, hairdryers, makeup etc., will make a huge impact on selling that area. Hang clean nicely folded towels and hand towels on the counter top by the sink, new roll of toilet tissue items that look nice maybe a candle. Again, were looking for a ‘wow’ experience.

Capitalize on the view

If you have a great view looking thru your windows into the landscape make sure they are spotless and clean.

Adjacent Structures

If you have an attached car garage to the main house we recommend tidying up the space, remove all vehicles prior to our arrival and temporary de-clutter. Detached structures from the main house access can only be scanned as a separate tour under most conditions.

Create a path

A clear path is required to access all rooms/areas/hallways. All doors are required to be propped open the entire mapping so we can create a path into those spaces. IF, you do not want to include a particular area to be included in the mapping please leave the door closed and communicate to us your intent so we can plan accordingly.

Create the mood

Turn ON or OFF lights prior to us arriving. We may suggest what would work best for your tour. Windows that have limited sunlight control may appear overexposed on the final tour. Blinds or window treatments work best for us and certain times of daylight hours.

Still environment

No people/pets or movement of any kind shall be allowed during our shoot. This is to your benefit for us to create the most professional impact tour possible for your ‘wow’ experience.
